Teaching Philosophy
My teaching approach centers on open discussions with students, supplemented by consistent feedback to ensure understanding. I enrich theoretical sessions by incorporating practical examples, such as real-world cases, to illustrate the subject’s practical applications and its relevance to the current industry trends. I actively foster an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and empowered to contribute. Emphasizing mutual respect and open dialogue, I try to cultivate an environment where students from diverse backgrounds thrive academically and personally.
My dedication to teaching excellence is reflected in my high evaluation scores, active participation in faculty meetings, and involvement in professional development workshops. Recognized with the Teaching Excellence Award for 2022-2023, these experiences have sharpened my teaching and mentoring skills, preparing me to make valuable contributions in the future.

This course explores how international factors (economic, social, and political) affect organizational strategies, the best growth methods (organic versus inorganic), and the use of internal resources and external opportunities like mergers and acquisitions.
